Pal of mine wanted to retro-fit illuminated sun visors in his W124......changed his mind when he priced up the tiny wiring loom at the dealership.

£170 to you sir!

Just make one. What do they need? A 12 volt supply. Where is there a 12 volt supply nearby? At the overhead console

True, I can't see this getting too expensive on the DIY front. Not worth 170 quid IMHO.

what this price included shipping?

i have done this mod to my silver 124 estate.

its easy

there is already a plug ready for the drivers side visor on the courtesy light loom plugs

the passenger feed is easily attached to an existing source up there to.

pretty sure i compared the wiring with that of my green estate (which has them as standard) and i managed to get OEM fitment.
