I've had a couple of instances where I am getting random warnings on the dash in my 2006 ML500.
The first happened during lots of short runs where the seat heaters were on, rear screen etc and a week of short journeys.
The second was in similar circumstances but slightly different faults.
They were ABS, ASR, Auto Lights, TPMS, Sidelights out etc.
I appear to have the original battery in the car and have a lot of success by using a C-Tek charger occasionally. On an old Mazda, my 500E and my motorbike so i'd like to fit a quick connector for it on the ML.
My question is though, is the auxillary battery linked to the main battery on the W164? If I fit a quick connector to the main battery will this also trickle charge the auxillary or do I need to connect to the auxillary instead?
