Evening,

I've (almost) finished drying out my new W202 after it had the blocked AC drain issue - it has a dehumidifier in it right now.

I wonder how the cargo net is fitted to the passenger footwell. It clearly clips in place, but is the plastic join (for the bungee part - pictured) significant? i.e. does it need to go in a certain position?

Bottom centre, doesn't clip onto anything. Same with all models.

Hi,
Not meaning to correct Karl on this but I retro fitted this on my C230K and the cargo net is secured by 5 clips to the carpet, one each in the corners and one dead centre on the bottom of the net.
I have just double checked this on the EPC and the Pt. No. for the clip is A 220 814 01 01 x5.

Crossed wires, thougjt he meant that tab bit on the bungee :)

I've retrofitted one also :)

Cheers both,

yep you're right, I'm talking about the tab on the bungee. Will fit it like that once the dehumidifer has done its work.
