Hi, I bought the car 1 year ago and ever since that the limp mode problem has been there.
But the recent month it has got worse then before.
when i accelerate it smokes black (alot).
Full throttel in higer gears it sometimes goes into limp mode, and about 50% gas in higher gears also limp mode.
I have a turbo gauge full throttel i get about 1,0-1,2 bar. what i have learnt if i don't let the pressure over 0,5 bar it won't go to limp mode.
When I checked the problem with OBD it said "Turbo overpressure".
I get no warning in the dash except one time when it said "EL POWER CONTROL".
When Limp mode happens it's only to restart the car and it gone.

-I have Cleaned the egr and turbo.
-New MAF sensor
-New airfilter

So do you guys have any idea what to do next?

Today when i looking for turbo pressure leaks i found that one the left side of the intercooler (under the car) it is blowing air.
Is the intercooler broken or can it be fixed? do you think this can be the source of my problem?

does the intercooler pipe have any splits in it?

I will try to look closer tomorrow but 5 cm from the silicone hose it was blowing straight to the floor.

this is a common fault. the hose from the intercooler cracks. needs replacing :)
