W209 - aftermarket stereo/nav

Have anyone heard of Smarty Trend, http://smarty-trend.com/34-mercedes-android-car-dvd-units. Same system is sold by Shenzhen Canavie Technology Co., Ltd, http://www.canaviet.com/e_products/Android-Car-Audio-Car-Multimedia-Mercedes-Benz-14.html?

The SMARTY Trend, ST-5165997 is included with a CAN-bus adapter. There is also "MOST-AMP adapter that allows you to keep the amplifier and speakers working after replacing the factory head unit to the Smarty Trend in these cars: Mercedes Benz, Porsche, BMW".

This system looks very nice but.... There is very little company information for Smarty Trend i Berlin, Germany.

Looks like re-badged (and old) Erisin models - the current CPU is octa-core, the two linked above still show quad and even dual (for 169/245 models); and half the amount of RAM and NAND storage ...
Oh, and way too expensive: I bought the latest 9" ES6982 HU for under £255, with UK delivery, warranty, returns and support, directly from one of their eBay shops.
