W210 (2000 yom ) E320 CDI Turbo Issues

Apart from a few teething problems, my E320 CDI has been going well. But now seem to have a turbo issue.

After around 8 to 10 miles the car loses power, still driveable but in limp mode
Power loss happens when on boost (ie going up a hill). As soon as you switch off/on then fine again for another 8 to 10 miles.

Any thoughts please
