Hi, i'm new to this forum.
I'm having some troubles with my W210 E290TD from 1999. While driving on the highway the car goes into "limp home" (max 3000 rpm).
i have read out the error code:
P1470 Boost pressure vacuum control transducer
I then tried swapping the valve for the turbo and EGR = no change. Replaced MAF = no change
I have seen movement from the Wastegate while reving, so it is not stuck.
Lately i have tried measuring the signal from the MAP sensor while driving. In idle i reads 1,5 volts, and doesn't really change when engine reved (about 1,6 volts). When driving on the highway the signal reaches max 3 volts and when i goes into limp home the voltage drops and no spikes or anything before the drop.
Any ideas ?
