W210 E320 CDI Issues

Could see steam and puddle of diesel around Injector of 5 and then I did leak test (Should have mentioned)

OK. Leak off hoses all OK?
Clear fuel pipe O rings all changed?
All the easy stuff.

Does the idle hunt on tick over? I know the pressure regulator can give problems which aren't shown on the computer. Symptoms can come and go, so if you can swap them from you parts car if might be worth a try.

Mine does.
I too have a parts car ... you need one with these!
