W210 GPS Antenna

The end of my GPS antenna cover has fallen off leaving the core exposed and flapping around. Can the cover be bought separately? Will check with MB but has this happened to anyone on here?

It looks a bit sad really and fear the whole antenna thing will be £££

The same thing has happened to my W140.

It would appear the plastic cap with seal and rubber can be bought from MB (Part number is A2108270031). I'm not sure what the price is as it doesn't show up on Inchcape's website.

However, I do notice on Ebay and Amazon USA that there are rubber kits available produced by MTC (Part No. 3708) and URO. For example:

I bought mine from Rock auto in America (google them), about 9 months ago. It was about £14 delivered and arrived within a week.

Mine is the same. Iv ordered a shark fin for over it, as I reckon removing what's left might just break up in my hand
