Folks

I went to look at an e55 recently and was surprised to find one of the seat buttons snapped off and missing, also the electric motors to raise the steering column weren't working.

In the case of the steering column - does this happen frequently and can be easily repaired?

In the case of the broken buttons, can these be replaced easily?

Probably put me off the otherwise nice car so grateful for feedback.

Thanks

Trevor

I think I will! Why a dealer would try to sell a car with broken bits that you notice immediately is unbelievable. As a result of these issues, I didn't even take the car for a test drive!

Thanks for the info

Much appreciated
