could anyone recommend a holder I can place in the front drink holders so I can put in for tunnel tolls.

not sure if there is any special coin holder to put in place. why not just keep coins there loose in can holder or simply in a pocket?

On mine there's a little space at the front of the cup holders by the USB socket which should fit a few quid in it.

Alternatively, what about the front section of the door pocket?

I keep a plastic bag under the armrest in my S213, and throw all my loose change in there.
Comes in useful for tolls and parking.
