W219 CLS dynamic seats

Hi Guys,

I've managed to get hold of a set of CLS55 AMG seats that have the dynamic seat function. I am putting these in to my standard CLS500 and wondered if anyone can advise if the standard seating wiring connections will also allow for the dynamic seat operations to work?

Not sure if the connections will be there but for sure you will need a session on STAR to get it coded so the car knows you have the function.

I thought the dynamic seats required a separate pump and pipes for the inflation etc?

They do but I was assuming the OP's CLS500 would come with Multi-Contour seats as standard?

if the pumps, pipes wiring and tank are there then just coding as far as I know

Hi Guys,
Got the seats yesterday. They are in as new condition, however the guy i bought them from said that i'd need the following parts in order to get the dynamic seat function and cool air function working

HOSE LINE VENTILATION PUMP - A 000 800 30 15
HOSE LINE PRESSURE SUPPLY UNIT - A 000 800 34 15
PUMP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT - A 211 800 01 48 (REPLACED BY A 211 800 27 48 + A 211 800 03 18 + A 211 800 35 15)
PUMP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT - A 211 800 42 48

Can anyone confirm this is correct and also if so where these parts fit? I have a local Merc specialist who can fit but before i contact them wondered if anyone on here can guide me

What seats do you currently have in the car? If you have no pneumatic functions currently you will need pump and reservoir in the boot, fitted behind the nearside trim panel. Plus all the pipes, valves and wiring.

You'll need the switches for the cooling function in the centre console and associated looms.

They are the standard adjustable seats with the memory function and operated by the door button.
