w219 command bluetooth phonebook issue

Hi
My car has the command unit (NGT 1.5?) and the HFP Bluetooth adaptor

When I manually select the phone book on command (iphone 6) I can select the full phone book and scroll..

However when I use linguatronic "dial name" it states "the phone book is empty" ? Why is this ?

The other issue I get is when I dial a number outbound (a stored contact) command displays "unknown number"

This also happens when receiving calls -

IIRC one has to set-up voice tags for the contacts one wishes to use Linguatronic to dial and store them in the COMAND Address Book

Probably better using the voice dialing on your phone.

Do you have call name as a function? You should be able to just hold the voice button down whilst on the telephone page and say call name John Doe for example.

Still can't figure out how to get this working ...any ideas ?
