W221 air con not working

My air-conditioning on my side class won't switch on. I have no errors anywhere.
When I scroll to the air-con to switch it 'on' in the little tick box it won't switch over from 'off'
Any help and hints greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by "no errors anywhere"? Are you expecting to see some fault messages on the instrument cluster? That would not happen, see your user manual for the complete list of messages.

If you mean Star Diagnosis does not report any error messages (I think at this point it should), then check all sensor readings etc. There is a problem that needs fixing.
