Had the car returned to me from these guys yesterday. Mercedes Specialist ..!!!

Car was sent to them by DMS Automotive who highly recommended them. Hard lesson learnt.
Absolute disrespect for my car not a happy chap :(

Are you saying that DMS subcontracted the job to them directly?

If so, I would be asking DMS what they are going to do about it!
 
Yes they sub contracted it out without informing me.
Lots of delays and bull excuses later the car is returned to me with the oil and water separator removed and left in the boot in pieces , oil over my micro cleaning cloth.
No reply or explanation from DMS or RPL as yet .
 
Liability is with DMS I would assume. I would refuse to pay until everything rectified , if they do not do so then claim at the Small Claims Court for the cost of rectifying at another garage plus £ for your time and loss of use while off road. You could also report them to local trading standards dept.

As an indy myself i see stuff like this as we do a lot of diagnostic trade work,its absolutely disgusting to treat somebody elses property like this.

Scum bags fixing high end vehicles..
