Water in N/S rear light cluster

Just found out today my rear N/S light cluster has water in it. Has anyone had this problem before and is there a cure? They are LED's not bulbs.

normally when i have come across this on various cars water in the cluster is a small crack some place in the glass or a failed seal on the unit where the glass joins the main unit
