To check out the "adjustment shaft" you will have to remove the trim round the instrument cluster and then possibly the instrument cluster itself. The trim design may vary slightly between the original and facelift models but the principle will remain the same. I would council care because altho the video makes it look easy there is a distinct danger of marking or even breaking the trim if you are not carefull! lots of how to video on youtube if your model isn't shown here.
