which headlights for my w220

I have just bought a w220 s500L 2002/3, the headlights casing is worn, look yellowish.

is it possible to get newer MB headlights on these which are clear and will fit? if so which ones?

or can i only replace with current headlights? will the casing look clean/clear like new cars?

If by casing you mean the lenses, then one can have these polished and lacquered to give as new appearance.
New headlamps will be very expensive..

casing - the cover is faded

polished and lacquered - any good place to do this in Central london? will this be not prone to fogging?

not sure i can do this without damaging paint work, prefer to give it to shop. does this mean car washes that provide detailing should be able to do this?

i usually go to one in Queensway car park
