White steam, like water vapor, sometimes when cold start

Hi;

I have been realising for some time that there is a kind of white steam in the exhaust when I start the car from cold, and sometimes when it's stopped but not absolutly cold. Someone told me it's because of the DPF (it's a 320 cdi), and that it's normal, what do you think?

Probably just condensation in the exhaust flashing off.Often seen if your driving is short journeys and the exhaust never gets warm enough to drive off all the water.
