Can any member please recommend an Alloy wheel repairist, near Preston Lancashire? I have at least 2 wheels on my car that are a bugger to balance, been like it for years, I have been driving 40 miles to a 'good' place (Nigel Langs Bolton), to get then balanced very close to true.

Hello fellow National Trust members! I'm thinking about joining the National Trust membership. What does it give me? I've had a look on their web site and it's not to clear to me, is it free entry to every National trust place or just reduced admission, how much reduction?

Hi all, has anyone had any dealings with these stitch/sow on steering wheel covers? I can't afford to buy a new steering wheel or get a professional to re-colour it I have tried twice to re-colour it myself (with a kit from Buffalo) but it doesn't last to long before going sticky :crazy...

X2 for Nigel Langs. Wheel alignment done and this is the only place that could balance my wheels in the 4 years of owning my car. 45 mins from my home but well worth the trips.

I've been over it a few times with little/no drama, unless I 'played'. I guess you were going West-East, I have always gone East-West, I keep meaning to go the opposite way.:thumb:

It's worth removing the bulb and popping it back in, might be a dodgy connection. look for dark burning on the contacts also look for white powdery corrosion.
