The only one i have seen is from the US. One guy just cut the pipes and used push fittings the other bought one that hooks straight up to the old pipes. I want one that is neat and hooks up to the old pipes but am yet to find it.

You say the car only runs when the bonnet is open? Do you have an immobilizer fitted? That could well cause problems if its not working correctly.

Hi guys, I was doing a few bits in the engine bay on the E55 this evening and had the engine running. I noticed on the right side of the engine a ticking/tapping sound that seemed to come and go. I did the old screwdriver to the ear trick but i couldnt pin point it, it sounded like it was...

It is OK, just a bit rusty, I wanted to replace it. But if i have to replace the whole tensioner i wont bother and will try and clean it up.
