Thanks Pete! I’ve checked the engine, it’s not that bad, but it moves a bit. The problem is that the transmission mount seems to be hard to obtain, and I’m not sure if the engine mounts are the same as for a RWD car.

Hello, I have an s210 E430 4matic with 125,000 miles on the clock that vibrates or judders slightly on light acceleration, more pronounced when turning at the same time. Has anyone experienced this, and is there a solution for it? Front drive shafts in need for replacement?

Thanks! I do however think that it should run on standard fuel, it has done that before. I’ll have to check the injectors.

Thanks a lot for the advice. There is also a slight ‘whining’ noise following the engine rpm. It sounds a bit like a power steering pump being low on fluid, but it seems to be alright. Have you experienced that as well, Badbloke and Pete?

Your symptoms sound just like mine, it's more pronounced when cold, so possibly the fluid level is a bit low, and gets better as the gearbox warms up. I'm not to happy with the garage that did the fluid change so I might have to do it myself instead.
