Hi Guys, I drive a 2015 C220 CDI BLUETEC ESTATE AMG LINE on a 20 mile run to work (town driving) in ECO mode i get 51mpg and on long motorway drives i get 61mpg in ECO mode 780 miles to a full tank on average. not too bad i think on a good blast in S mode i get 44mpg !

Morning All, did my first long drive in my w205 220cdi yesterday 750miles in one go i was checking the display to see how the car was running, only thing i cant get my head round is the big green circle telling me how much free miles i have gained, it said i had 222miles of free miles...

I have a new w205 c220 cdi and have installed the plug and play tuning box this has made a lot of difference, torque is a lot better on the motorway and the mpg has gone up by 5 around town and 12 on motorways I had it on my last car and never had a problem :rock:

Jay, Thanks for the advice, i put some thin foam package rap around the latch holder and slammed the back seat shut..... 20 mile drive home that night and no noise at all. a simple fix, Thanks

i have a 2015 C220 Cdi estate - in three months i have covered 8,000 miles the best mpg i have seen is 61mpg and the lowest is 55mpg am getting 700 - 725miles to a full tank which i think is great to say i have it in comfort mode :rock:

am glad i am not the only one that has these problems, i will try what you have said later today and fingers crossed it work, as it only makes the noises on the back roads / speed bumps etc thanks again for the advice :thumb:

Also forgot to say, once you get use to the car, invest in a plug N play chip box simply just plug it into the ecu and ecu into your box and away you go its a new car altogether, am getting 64mpg on motorways and 56 mpg around town and the low down torque is brilliant :rock:
