UPDATE just had a check with another tuner who says that he can achieve those figures through obd and he will do it on a dyno but on diagnostic the car came up with code p2084 (exhaust gas temperature) so I got to sort that one out. I am puzzled Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

It looks like the turbo actuator is playing up, as the car is in limp mode and thats the only code being thrown about however once the car is warmed up to the required temp it works fine so I'm thinking of replacing the turbo with a remanufactured unit after new year Sent from my SM-G920F...

They were used egr, the first one was bought off ebay and returned as it made no difference, the second one was taken of a relatives car (it took some persuading) who has a fully functioning car and there were no codes to clear Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Well well, i have replaced the egr twice now and yet the problem is still there, it has gotten worse really as the car is in limp mode more often than not, when starting from cold its in limp mode, as soon as it reaches the required temperature if i switch it of and on again it starts working...

Does anyone know if the egr valve is same for e280 cdi and 320 cdi as i was thinking of buying a used one first and see if it cures the problem before i shell out 400 for a new one from MB Dealer Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
