No the brakes were done by a place called Mr. Tune, the rotors are Brembo. Cost me in total about 450 pounds converting from Pesos.

Tomorrow all new rotors and brakes.

Took them 5 minutes to charge me then a quick good bye!

Just had my 1997 C230k tuned up at the dealer, they changed coils, plugs, plug leads, MAF, belts, filters and a few other things. Cost me over 1200 pounds (converting from Mexican pesos to pounds) but I can really feel the difference now!!! If I finde out how, I will post a couple of pics...

Thanks!, sounds good, my next step is to change the oxygen sensor and check the temp sensor, the MAF I changed about 3 years ago so I hope! thats still ok. will keep informed. Thank you regards, Martin.

At low RPMs engine wants to stall sometimes, smell of petrol and fumes, sutty spark plugs just changed last week, on de-acceleration sometimes back fires. at high exceleration all seems ok. as though it is missing more air in mixture?? no scanner errors. Regards, Martin.

Hi all, My c230k w202 1997 engin keeps wanting to stall when i stop in trafic or at a t light, smels of un burnet fuel and high emisions. Sent it for a scan and no errors are shown. When accelerating it hesitates then takes off, high revs all ok but stop again in trafic and there again...
