This looks like OBD2 I use Autel autolink AL619. It works fine on Merc... even reset fault codes for SRS Airbags

I have Autel Maxidiag 619 & Launch Creader VIII In my view both work on Mercedes... but Creader has little advantage over Autel in checking and resetting oil related issues I would recommend Creader VIII
