I think this is similar to whats happening to the NHS care of the elderly. These types of incidents are seen as "work" rather than "people who have just had an accident", its a shame but cutting through the red tape and allowing coppers to do thier job is where it needs to be. Take the DVLA...

Mine used to have sound deadening foam, but the previous owner appears to have ignored a leaking injector. Once it got to the point of melting onto the exhaust throwing out large quantities of white smoke (I thought she was gone for Jim!) I dont have a whole lot left any more. Poor Jack at PCS...

its fake, the smoke moves in a predictable way and the fire is also (from a professional pair of eyes) painfully obviously CG. Also the car doesn't move with the camera and is "lazy" and lags behind, which means the scene wasn't motion tracked properly. Also the bike was hit on the rear left...
