Hi, yes I have replaced the hose set under there with these >> Genuine Mercedes-Benz OM271 Engine Crankcase Breather Hoses & Check Valve NEW | eBay
Is that the same?
Hello, firstly this is my second post so be gentle and apologies for the following, long winded explanation.
I have a 2005 W203 C180K, I bought it at auction and there were a few problems, as to be expected!
I have changed the following, Alternator (MB) & Battery because of light sensor...
It runs for about 100 yards, then the throttle is unresponsive and the car idles about 1500rpm, so there are some issues, I am thinking oil in the wiring loom, but could not understand why no check light, then realised it does not come on at startup so thought I would ask here.
Thanks markjay
grumpyoldgit, yes thanks I though the light should be on, are these standard bulbs do you know? I guess I will have to find a thread on removing the dash pod :wallbash:
Hello, my first post, unable to find an answer on this anywhere. Should the engine check light illuminate when the ignition is switched on, before actual engine start? I don't appear to have one and wonder if the previous owner has removed it, but maybe it only lights up if there is a fault...
