Try downloading the .sisx file from Nokia for the N95 for their 810 bluetooth kit, it fixed the phonebook issue on my N95 when used with SAP in my Audi A8 W12, I have now deleted all my SIM contacts and use the phone book exclusively. http://europe.nokia.com/A4143881

No I drive the closest thing to it, an A8 W12 6 litre. Virtually the same performance, but without the price tag. Did you drive it in sport mode? as I have found that most of the Audi's I have drive have been quite tame in "Drive", but come alive in "Sport" mode.
