I had all 4 Cam Adjusters replaced. I also had the Cam Adjuster solonoids replaced at the same time, not sure if the design on those improved, but was recommended.

If it helps anyone in the future someone provided me with the info. M12 thread 15-20N m (recommended tightening angle About 1/3 turn)

Hi, Can anyone confirm the torque for m156 spark plugs please. Seen a vid that's says 18 ft/lb or 20nm. However converting 18ft/lb's is not 20nm. Using NGK Cheers Lee

As mentioned previously Camshaft Aduster Solenoid. Had mine replaced at the same time as all 4 Camshaft Adjusters.

I queued for about 30 mins, just made it in before they stopped people coming in. Think I'll stick to Sunday drives out for the time being.

I had all 4 adjusters replaced on mine, still got the old ones. Would be interested how this pans out. Been looking out for torque specs on the plate bolts before I opened them...could never see an exact value.

It's a double sump so if they are removing that to check it won't be cheap. Still seems expensive though. I had a leak on my sump (engine) it was removed and resealed, unusual, but I'm lucky like that. I had an Transmission fluid change at Warrington main dealer was around £250.

Most complaints about TalkTalk are related to issues with openreach - nearly always line faults. Customers who pay the bills to TalkTalk will blame them, that stands to reason as the majority of customers will have no concept that TalkTalk pays BT for the rental of the copper line, the cost...
