Sorry! Better to clear it up. They said they inspected it but there's no visible damage. He said the spark plugs are at the front and this cables at the back. He couldn't see anything wrong but... The way he's saying rodent damage is excluded, it just made me feel like an excuse is coming...

They said the grounding wires gone for the hybrid system and they don't know why. He tried to blame rodent damage and said that's not covered under warranty. There's no courtesy cars so looks like an uber to go home.

I'll let them have a check, its booked in for service B soon and i'll ask them to have a look, hopefully its not the suspension

so it doesnt seem like a compressor pump but like a water trickling sound. Its normally when the car is stopped after a bit of a drive. I will definitely get them to check but they called to cancel and cant fit me in until august the 31st!

Booked mine in for its first B service in august. Will they check anything else like any issues with the car or just do the service? Just wondering as it stinks of fuel sometimes from a cold start oh and the car makes a tricking water sound occasionally- im assuming this is the battery coolant?
