Hi, I have a 2016 w205 non Amg steering wheel and want to know if I can put an Amg steering wheel on this I already have an AMG air bag as I thought this would fit my current steering wheel , finding a manual AMG steering wheel is hard so next question is can you buy a automatic steering wheel...

Thanks for your reply buddy, I’m thinking take it for a 5 minute drive with no air con on and then when I get home leave it idling and open up the bonnet and see if the fan kicks in ?

It’s strange because the thermostat on the dash is always between 80 and 90 so it’s normal temp even tho the fan doesn’t work the only way the fan comes on is if the air con is on but I can go for an hours drive then when I get home I feel the engine and it’s cool then I leave it 5 mins come...

The cooling fan only comes on when the air con is switched on other than that the cooling fan does not work which means when i switch my engine off the engine gets extremely hot. I have a 2016 c220d coupe w205. There’s no fault codes showing what so ever. I would be gratefull for any help.

I have attached a photo I assume there the door seal covers there’s different names all over the internet for them, my standard ones weren’t illuminated so I changed them to illuminated wired both seals to the passenger footwell light as soon as i switch the car on and open the door they don’t work.

Hi mate, yes the footwell lights remain on when the door is open when the engine is on but the door scuff lights go straight off. I can’t get my head around it

I’m really stuck here I installed a new from Mercedes clock spring do I need to get this codes to the car by a star machine or is a normal calibration on a OBD machine sufficient ? Would appreciate any help on this.

100% agree with you mate! Defiantly personal preference when it comes to wheels I don’t wanna go all black I still wanna keep it classy I got the personalised plate t and centre console wrapped today and calling it a day now otherwise it gets never ending ha!
