Umi connects in on the fibre optics, I'm guessing it needs enabling on the new hu with STAR.

I worked on a Scania ate the weekend that had Auxiliary Laser lighting, now that's bright, LED's will always be crap as a headlight unless you have the correct optics to channel the light, LED's in normal lights designed for filament bulbs with just look crap, with poor light control.

As said, interior lights are linked to the light sensor on the front screen, during daylight they remain off until its dark enough then they will come on when you open the door. Its a nice little touch.

That sounds right. The other wire is the wake up for the changer.

Just had this code come up, car is running no different, looking at cat temp readings they sit around 80-90-100c and fluctuate up and down within these ranges, when driving it goes to 16.9c! Is the the o2 sensor in the exhaust that gone **** up?

could be a dry joint or failed sensor. replace the mirror or if handy with the soldering iron replace the sensor

Sounds like a spike in the CAN network. CAN sits at 60ohms with 120ohm resistor at each end. Check the resistance on the can line with a multimeter.

That's a GSM antenna, so pretty useless for TV/temp probe or CB radio.

Ex plod? Covert installation? Although that antenna will give a pretty poor gain in that location. Any other signs of additional equipment? Check in the boot sides etc.

When you take the vents out the rear of the thumbwheels are hollow, so it wouldn't take much to stick an led behind them and wire them into the ashtray light. I'm an automotive electrician, so If I get time I will see what's involved and how easy it will be.
