Yes he was referring to the torque, I didn't get figures but he mentioned if they up the power the box goes into limp mode too often. I just have the base Quantum map.

Would you go for an OE filter or genuine replacement at about twice the cost?

Who was the remap by? When I had mine done the tech mentioned they could extract more, but the gearbox starts to throw a wobbly, so they cap it to a limit. Perhaps yours has been pushed a bit too far.

Welcome to the forum, depending on how bad the tank is, you could get it repaired. I had my old Quattro tank refreshed as it had gone rusty inside...wasn't cheap though, about £400, but seeing as you can't get the tanks anymore......

Nice! Yes I'm hoping it wears well as I use it for everything. I have an HRM pro chest monitor also, which gives a lot of extra metrics for running that the Garmin on it's own sadly does not (at least I don't think it does) lol

Finally upgraded from my annoying Fitbit Charge 4 (which I could hardly see anymore (OLED issues)), to a Garmin watch - ties in nicely with my cycle gizmos now! :)

I don't think you'll see 50bhp from a remap on the c250, realistically more like 20/30 and a small jump in torque. I had a Quantum remap done on mine, and its made it more sprightly without hurting the fuel economy much. :)
