My 2011 E250 CDI Cab recognises 2nd partition but not first???... Oops, just recognised 1st partition incorrectly formatted as ExFat... MUST BE FAT32 TO WORK

Trying to get a 64GB flash drive partitioned as 2 x 32GB drives but my E250 CDI Cabriolet will only recognise 2nd partition! Any ideas?
