Intermittent starting issues and got these codes

Sorry Engine Ecu, MCU Motor Control Unit.

    ECU remap

35bhp seems low, speak to another mapper MSL, GAD etc.

    ECU swap

I know the previous E220 and E250 MCU variant coding can be changed easily if you know what your doing, but the kit to it with is more expensive than a remap. A decent remap will be better than a ecu swap anyway

Intermittent starting issues and got these codes

Glow plug controller is prone on MB diesels, a bad glow plug can take it out. How's the battery, random issues like this can be a bad battery or possibly a poor connection somewhere, bad ground, short etc. Any corrosion on the MCU plug

NTG5s1 Retrofit and Dashboard Facelift to Pre-Facelift W204

I can enable carplay and Android auto by having the firmware updated, but I Need to re-pin the OBD port for DOIP access, this is easy enough. The issue as you state is I can't run a initial startup as xentry will never recognise the ntg5s1 in a w204 so won't perform the startup to enter the...

I had been planning my dashboard facelift for a little while but though while i was at it i would drop in a ntg5s1. The dash was surprisingly easy and i have zero creaks or squeaks, the only issues i have is i need to repin the wiring for the hazard switch and source a new glove box as it is...

W204 Radiator Fan Woes (Cannot Fix It)

Thanks for the reply, my battery is in good condition its only a year old. I have seen some cases where the ME ECU is bad and needs to be replaced, i have a FSAM now on the way , I will try that next and if not that i am left with the ME ECU, crazy that something like that can go bad

I am hoping someone can help me here, i have a issue with the Aux fan on my 2010 W204 350cdi. The fan comes on randomly when the ignition is off and drains the battery overnight. If i leave my keys in and the ignition on its fine it seems to occur when the can bus goes to sleep. So far i have...

    W204 350CDI Dead, Advice Please

You won't snap one as long as you use gen Merc stretch bolts (new ones) and tighten to 7nm then 90 degrees and 90 degrees again. You could get all 6 injectors out in a hour

    W204 350CDI Dead, Advice Please

I did all 6 of mine in a couple of hours and that included me running them through the ultrasonic bath It's really not a difficult job and even buying any tools you need and parts will be way cheaper than you have been quoted
