Thanks AMGeed, I have seen the video before, I have come to the conclusion that that there is no procedure for releasing the hydraulic pressure for the break shoes from the steering wheel control from the dash, just keep the ignition key out of the ignition switch.

Just read the article written by "sceh" regarding contact issues with wheel sensor's. or rather the connecters behind the wheel arch screen which is probably a contact which needs cleaning and sprayed with contact cleaner, with a bit of luck, which i hope will solve the problem, had this issue...
