As a final update, my car is registered in UK. No problems at the end, everything went smooth. In a few days I will have to go through the usual periodic maintenance (270.000km). Do you have any suggestion for a good garage in or nearby Horsham?

Some update... I have been talking with DLVA and they told me that all those data are not needed for a car of that age. So, I have actually been providing more information than necessary. About the tax band, these old cars do not have to follow the usual bands but a special one, where the price...

About the fog lights, I have been checking the tail lights. Indeed, there is the place for the lamp also on the right side. The problem is that the line is not powered (as expected) and the positive contact for the lamp is missing in the holder (which was not expected...). See these pictures...
