I just did try jumped it the batt but no luck :( looks like EIS is dead

apparently you can not connect diagnostic tool if you can't turn the key ?

I will check tomorrow with meter but I don't think this is down to battery.

Today I discovered a blown fuse 9 steering lock but after changing still no joy.

is this EIS avail only from main dealer ? and will i need new key ?

I have 2 keys did try them both but no luck

hi W210 2000 petrol I can open the door via key but when in ignition the is no zip sound and key will not turn :( I did not used the car much over past week and then few short trips took the battery out (92Ah of some not well known make ) i don't know how old is the batt anyone had this...

I want to replace ignition leads in my E280 M112.921 TDC £70 from eurocarparts are they good quality?

the best I did on my E280 was 465 miles and on my old 99 C240 around town was getting +/- 290

E280 A/G W-reg Hypoid gear oil, SAE 85W-90 235.0 is this correct oil for my dyff ?

can I still get Uniroyal rainsport 1 tyre ? I've looked around but non avail. I have one front 7mm and other one just legal and two rear 5mm . I'm thinking of 2 front FALKEN ZE912 XL is it ok to have front assymetric tyres and rear directional ?
