Anyone used the mushroom plugs strings or screws for tyre repair? If so what are methods to sort a permanent repair?

Although the car pulls to the left anyway, it does it more so when cold. Is this possible or am I just imagining things?

Looking to change the bushes and probably the ball joints in the mentioned part. What is more advisable swap for new lemforder arms or press bushes in to the existing arms?
