Exhaust gas temperature sensor part number help please!

Brilliant, thanks Optimus, plenty of options there. Yes I enjoy working on the old Merc, so I’ll whip out the sensor and the cable to double check the part number. Thanks for your help chaps!

Exhaust gas temperature sensor part number help please!

Thanks Optimus and Cherry, I’m not sure whether I’m being particularly dense, but I cannot seem to find my car on the list! I will try again on both sites and see if I can find another route to finding the part…I will also try and get into the impossibly complicated official works manual!

    Hi from Northants/Oxon

The car in my profile pic is my Austin Seven, the car I learned to drive in back in the late sixties and after half a million miles, still going strong! Thanks for the warm welcome chaps!

    Hi from Northants/Oxon

Afternoon all, I’m Ivor from near Brackley and one of those mad people running a 2008 S Class. It’s a wonderful car, if a trifle incontinent at the moment, so I’ll be underneath it in the coming week to check over everything while giving it what MB call an A Service…already ordered the 84mm...
