October last year. The problem I have is the Dealer who changed the discs and pads is in Ashford, Kent and I'm in Reading, Berkshire. Such a ball ache and I have zero confidence they will get it right this time if they've not managed to get it right the previous two times.

Apparently so. I was told they are "sided" and even marked which way to fit them but some doofus obviously can’t read.

Let me clarify my viewpoint. I love this car but it has been mostly problematic. The selling dealership did not leave me feeling happy about MB due to delays, lack of honesty, trying to do a quick job rather than a proper job and that was all before the disc problems which they also tried to fob...

I have a specialist local to me but I’m not sure how confident I am in them. They have already seen it for the same issue the first time but didn’t fill me with confidence and tried to tell me that MB would charge me £120 just to put it on the ramp even though he knew it was under warranty...

Only if they won’t sort the problem. I’d never sell it privately like that but I won’t have any qualms about selling it to a dealer. Apologies if you find that wrong.
