Ye no traction issues with mine, launched quite a few times and in the winter months and again no traction issues. But I only use full power when the tyres are up to temp. Also should mention mine is running a tuning box. What tyres have you got on yours?

That’s what I thought you might say, you never know what sort of chemicals they use to “clean” the wheels. It’s not normal, as I said there’s no corrosion on mine but I clean my car myself and I use a PH neutral wheel cleaner.

Yeah sensible. I’m running TDI tunings one, pretty much the same as the DTUK box. It’s my wife’s daily also but with the tuning box fitted it makes it more exciting for when I get my hands on it!

Tried launch control for the first time last night, only did it once and was pleasantly surprised with my time, could definitely improve on that a little :)
