I’ve had a C-class coupe for 11 years and kids for 10 so I thought a lot about this when I bought my new one last year. I'd totally agree that if you've got young kids then it only really works if you have a bigger family car along side. Taking cases to the airport etc impossible in the coupe...
Update: Thanks for the advice above, picked up the car a few days ago but sods law came down with a bug just after (not blaming the car!) so it frustratingly sits on the drive. Will post some pics and thoughts next week once I actually get to drive the thing. However, observations from the...
It's now only two unbearable days until I pick up my brand new mercedes from the dealer. Given I last bought a car 12 years ago I am most definitely a little behind the new fangled times. Apologies if this is elsewhere (I couldn't find) but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on...
Wow, the comments section at the bottom of that page is fairly conclusive on the public's favourite !
While I too only really watched it for Ed's bits I met Mike once at some Land Rover thing and he was hugely pleasant. I wondered at the time whether his on screen persona was put on...

Hello all, just thought i'd do a quick intro. Actually registered on the site many years ago but life got in the way of ever participating and hopefully I'll change that.
I've owned a C350 sport coupe for the last 11 years, only meant to be 3 but it served me so well that there was never a...
yeah, sorry i meant to update the thread. so they had it in for days trying to work out what the problem was, and in the end it was the ipod kit. for some reason that was the problem, they replaced it with a new kit and everything's back working perfectly.
my kit was only 18 months old, but i...
Thanks all - pulled the fuse, depressingly didn't fix it. Was definitely the right fuse for command.
Given the different opinions on pulling off the battery, perhaps my best bet is to take it to our local indie mercedes garage ... unless anyone has any other final wisdom.
thanks everyone...
