If you put your metal polish of choice on a long strip of rag and pull the rag with two hands back and forth over the exhausts it takes no effort and is quick.

Lets just get this right - you paid £95 for the exterior paintwork, wheels and a full interior valet ? 'When you pay £95 pounds, you expect to have your car cleaned up to the maximum level of detail.' If you'd paid £395 I think that would be true, but this is 'valet' money, not 'detail' money.
