I've tried retuning it several times but it's the same. I'm based in Manchester and signal is strong around city and its still the same.. Any other options?

Hey Guys Just purchased a 2012 CLS. DAB and standard radio sound cuts off after a few minutes and comes back few seconds later. The Nav is working perfectly well and the unit does not power off or go blank.. Just the sound.. Like as if its lost signal. Any ideas.. Thanks in advance?

Thanks guys. Cars booked in this week for the abs sensor replacement. I'll let you know how I get on... Fingers crossed its sorted as the engine/gearbox cost a small fortune

Could there be a possible link to abs/eps sensor as this flashed on off every now n then?

Hi mate No. Ecu is same. We did run diagnostic but with car being stood for so long it had multiple errors. I have a esp error and I have been told it could be related. Running car over back to garage next week for another diagnostic

Hey guys... Hoping someone here can help I have a 98 w210 e55. The problem I have is that whilst driving, if I floor it hard to downshift, I lose gears completely and car just revs away. I then have to let the car coast as its dropping speed to around 25mph before it finds a gear to engage in...

Difficult to find a w210 e55 engine or head... Some guys said the next generation e55 may fit or c63 but again it's a more expensive option.. Taking into consideration the value of this car

Thanks Alex I'll look into that but it is quite a pricey option to go with so may leave it as a last resort.. Thanks anyway pal.

Hey guys.. Hoping someone can help me here. I have a 98 w210 e55 amg which suffered overheating and engine failure. I've had the both head re-skimmed and the valves re-seated. The gaskets were all replaced with merc genuine parts... Engine started for only a few minutes when a cranking noise...

Hi tonysmb, Did you reset the computer or did the error message just disappear?

It's going in Wednesday for a check but the speed sensor was showing on the obd but can't understand why it happened when it was driving with a space saver? No bumps or knocks prior to fault

Hi Geoff, yes, all was reset but error still shows. Reading up online shows it's possibly abs sensor?
