I agree there is no water even getting to matrix with engine running and matrix pipes off there's just no flow so it looks like I will be stripping the pump again tomorrow was easier the first time as the engine was out now I can see this being a stressful job

Seems strange but looking on different forums some have said the fan belt was fitted wrong. If my engine is running I can take the outlet pipe off the heater matrix and nothing is coming out. Likewise if I take the feed pipe off from the front that feeds the matrix I have very little if any...

112cdi changed engine from another 112cdi mine didn't have the aux pump heater the one I took engine from did so after engine swap do I have to fit the 12v aux pump if I haven't got the aux heater

yes tried that for an hour heater stays hot but as soon as you go for a drive it happens again :(

Trying to find out what psi/bar should my vito 112cdi (2.2turbo diesel) be at when carrying out a compression test. Can't find any info on this at all

Update trying to get someone to do a compression test by me is impossible so I am marketing my own engineer by trade so why not ill post pics when finished :)

Stripped back down going to have them tested tomorrow at my local specialist at a cost of £40 hope they don't all need repair as he charges £110 each injector to rework them does this sound expensive you you???
