Went through the insurance in the end. Autoglass came and refitted a new one. Nice guy and no issues.

This morning I had the unpleasant surprise of finding my new W124 estate has had it's rear door quarter glass smashed. Anyone any experience as to what to do in this situation? Will regular places Autoglass for instance, be able to replace this glass? Should I take it to a garage? Insurance...
