There was a post somewhere saying someone had used the cills off of a different van. But they couldnt remember what van.

I had mine fabricated by a back street welder. I got a quote from main stealer for full cills and they worked out over £2000. Had them fabricated, fitted and sprayed for less than £400.

They have 615kgs on them? Tyres will be changed if need be and as the tyres on them are pirelli p6000 and all have loads of tread I should be able to do a deal hopefully. The offset on my vito is +6 more than the clk does that mean I would need spacers?

Can I put 16" clk wheels on my vito? The pcd is the same but off set (what is this) is different.

Mate it could be a multitude of things. Mine was a limper (638 110 cdi) turned out the vacuum pipe wasn't connected so turbo never kicked in. Have you searched vito limp mode yet? First thing tho is go have the codes read and reset.

Limp mode.... Get it on a star machine. Could be a list of things. Lets hope it one of the cheaper problems. Do a search on here for vito limp mode. Did I mention star diagnostics?

P.s. Get it on a star machine will narrow down your problem.

Does it rev over 3000 revs? If it doesn't she be a limper. Star diagnostics get it reset, recheck it in a week. Still probably won't pinpoint the fault tho. *grumbles* fecking vitos.

So many reasons for limp mode. Do a search mate. One main cause tho.... Vito's are the pits.
