My E280 has now done 201500 in ten years. Full service history from Mercedes and Prestige, still really quiet and reliable.

If you make a formal appeal, and lose, the time period to pay the reduced fine is started from the date of the rejection. They cant penalise you for appealing, so its always worth a try.

I had mine replaced by RAC = Rubbish and then by Autoglass = Brilliant, they would only fit genuine part to chassis number, so got the correct tint and rain sensor. Would reccomend them any time. Only normal excess applicable.

Went to buy mine from Halfrauds and they were £23 for Bosch, purchased from MB for £16 and supplied Bosch, when checked they were the same part. Will always get genuine in future as not always dearest part.
